Go Big, Stay Real is an improv workshop about making bold character choices that still feel grounded and true.

You’ll learn how to heighten voice, physicality, and point of view without losing authenticity, creating characters that are both dynamic and believable. Through exercises and scene work, you’ll practice committing fully, trusting your instincts, and breaking out of “default” characters.

Perfect for improvisers ready to take bigger swings while staying connected to real human behavior.

Mile End Improv is a safe space. Absolutely no abusive behaviour of any kind will be tolerated.

This is a commitment, and we expect those who register to attend the classes they’ve signed up for. Please be considerate; missing a class will affect the other participants and the delivery of the class material for everyone. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.

Unfortunately, the studios are located on the second floor of the building.

Being a student at Mile End Improv allows you to attend the Every Thursday Improv Show for free during the weeks you are taking classes (if space allows!)
